Turnkey Interior Design Project

The design intent of this project was to create the perfect beach side, short-term rental property for our client. We started with a full gut renovation on a dated 1990s home, opening up rooms to the view, replacing all interior finishings and then furnishing the whole home inside and out.

What makes this turnkey is the level of service; in addition to furniture, the house was completely styled for promotional photos and videos, and all the basic necessities such as dishes, pots, pans, and sheets were also added. Guests only need to bring their suitcase!
