This oceanfront home was extensively renovated to open rooms and take advantage of the gorgeous view from the moment you walk in the door. Architecturally, the exterior is Spanish in style, as a nod to this, we kept the original stair railing refinishing it in place. The clients’ style is influenced by their European roots and this is reflected in the honest use of materials and furnishings selected. Once this project was complete, our clients decided to get married in the home and asked us to plan and design this too. It was truly and honour to be part of such a big day!
