This extensive oceanfront renovation in West Vancouver was designed to fully embrace the home’s stunning waterfront setting while creating a more open, connected, and highly livable environment for everyday life and entertaining. Architecturally, the home features Spanish-inspired exterior detailing, which informed many of the design decisions throughout the renovation. Original elements, including the existing stair railing, were thoughtfully preserved and refinished to maintain the character and integrity of the home. Influenced by the clients’ European roots, the interiors balance timeless materials, layered textures, and curated furnishings to create a warm and sophisticated atmosphere.
