Located in Vancouver’s vibrant South Granville neighbourhood, this full-scale condominium renovation transformed an original two-bedroom and den residence into a refined, highly functional home tailored to modern city living. Surrounded by galleries, shops, and restaurants, the home was designed to complement the clients’ walkable urban lifestyle while introducing warmth, comfort, and elevated contemporary design throughout.
The existing layout was completely reimagined to improve flow and functionality. By eliminating the den, the kitchen was expanded to create a more open and connected living space ideal for cooking and entertaining. Custom wine storage was integrated into the dining area, while a new fireplace added warmth and architectural presence to the living room. The renovation also included two fully redesigned bathrooms, updated flooring, and new finishes throughout the home.
