Sunshine Coast lakehouse

We LOVE creating vacation homes and this one is going to be really special. Located a few hours from Vancouver this cabin is designed as a legacy home that will stay in the family for generations - NO PRESSURE :)

Because the location is remote we need to really consider each material, how it will hold up to regular wear and tear, and who will be able to perform maintenance when needed. Lots of planning still be done here. The construction will begin Fall 2020 with a Summer 2022 completion. Photos coming soon!

Palm Springs REnovation

We love when our clients call us to work on their vacation homes. Especially if they are somewhere nice and sunny. This project started off as a quick face lift and morphed into a complete renovation right down to the studs. Most of the work has been done virtually thanks to Zoom site meetings and long distance presentations. The scope included a full construction package, furnishing and styling.

Update: This home is expected to complete in June with furniture arriving over the summer, styling in September followed by photos! Check our instagram for updates.

Waterfront renovation

This is the fifth house we are doing for our client. We started eight years ago adding an entertainment wing to his primary residence, then designed a boat access only cottage, a house in Singapore, a revenue property and now we are updating a gorgeous beach house.
